How it works

Sign in with Google. You grant one permission: sending email on your behalf. The app cannot read your inbox.
Describe the job. Add the posting link, company, and job title.
Add the people. Enter the company's email format (like [email protected]) and the names you found. The app builds each address, and you can edit any of them.
Write once, personalize automatically. Placeholders such as {first} and {company} are filled in for each person. Preview every email before it goes out.
Send from your own account. Emails are spaced out and sent from your Gmail, so replies come straight to your inbox. Test mode lets you send everything to yourself first.

Why Mass Outreach asks for access to your Google account

When you sign in with Google, Mass Outreach asks for these permissions, and uses each one only for the purpose below:

Your email address (See your primary Google Account email address): to identify your account, count your 10 free emails, and link your subscription.
Sign-in confirmation (Associate you with your personal info on Google): to confirm that you signed in. We don't receive your name, photo, or contacts.
Send email on your behalf: to send the emails you preview and approve, from your own Gmail address, to the people you choose. Nothing is sent until you click Send.

Mass Outreach cannot read, search, or delete your email, and we never sell your data or use it for advertising. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

What we do and don't do

Send-only accessWe request Gmail's send permission only. We never read, search, or store your emails.

You choose every recipientWe don't sell contact lists or send bulk marketing mail. You decide who to contact.

Nothing kept after sendingYour message text, recipient list, and resume are used to send and then discarded.

Pricing

Every Google account gets 10 free emails to try the app. After that, choose a weekly, monthly, or 3-month subscription. The current price of each plan is shown in the app and on the secure Stripe checkout page before you pay.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in one click from Manage or cancel subscription in the app; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. See our Terms of Service for details.
