Terms of Service
Last updated: October 9, 2026
These terms govern your use of Mass Outreach at https://mass-outreach.com (the "Service"), operated by Leo Karpel ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. What the Service does
The Service lets you compose personalized emails about job opportunities and send them from your own Gmail account to recipients you choose. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
2. Your account and Google access
You sign in with your Google account and grant the Service permission to send email on your behalf. You're responsible for activity under your account. You can revoke access at any time in your Google account settings.
3. Acceptable use
You are solely responsible for the emails you send and their recipients. You agree to:
- Send only genuine, individual outreach related to jobs you are pursuing.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam laws such as the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, and with Google's and Gmail's terms and policies.
- Stop contacting anyone who asks you to stop.
You agree not to use the Service to send spam, marketing or bulk commercial email, or harassing, deceptive, or unlawful content, or to contact people whose addresses were obtained in violation of law or another site's terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.
4. Free trial
Each Google account may send up to 10 emails free. Test emails sent only to yourself do not count. The free trial is limited to one per person; creating additional accounts to obtain more free emails is not allowed.
5. Subscriptions, automatic renewal, and cancellation
- Plans and prices. We offer weekly, monthly, and 3-month subscription plans. The price and billing period of each plan are shown in the app and on the Stripe checkout page before you pay.
- Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged the then-current price for your plan, until you cancel.
- How to cancel. You can cancel anytime online by clicking Manage or cancel subscription in the app, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
- Refunds. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law, and we don't provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right.
- Price changes. If we change a plan's price, we'll tell you in advance, and the new price will apply from your next billing period. You can cancel before it takes effect.
Payments are processed by Stripe, subject to Stripe's terms.
6. Sending limits and availability
Gmail limits how many emails an account can send. The Service spaces out sends, but we don't guarantee delivery, replies, interviews, or job offers. We may change or interrupt the Service for maintenance or improvements.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for significant changes, notify subscribers by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
